Directions
BY CAR
From M5: exit the motorway at junction 22. Then take A38 towards Bristol/Weston super Mare for approx 1 mile. Turn right at the Fox and Goose Inn towards MARK. After 2 miles turn left at T-junction onto B3139, signposted WELLS and WEDMORE. Continue on B3139 for about 10 miles towards WELLS. Proceed through WEDMORE then through the villages of THEALE, PANBOROUGH, BLEADNEY, HENTON. The next village is YARLEY, just after this sign turn right at the first crossroads (you will see a sign for Cross Farm, furniture maker on this corner) and SEEKINGS is the third property on your left, drive into courtyard at the back.
FROM WELLS
Travel out of WELLS on the WELLS to CHEDDAR road. After approx 2 miles take the left fork from the main road onto the B3139, signposted BURNHAM ON SEA/WEDMORE. Proceed down this road, past The Pheasant Inn on the left, in village of WORTH, then the next village sign is YARLEY seen on the left. 500 yards beyond this sign turn left at crossroads (you will see a sign for Cross Farm, furniture maker on this corner). SEEKINGS is the third property on your left. Drive into courtyard at the back.
Please be aware that SAT NAV quite often sends you the long route, so always check a map as well. It often turns people of the main road from Wells slightly too early.
